Multiple Product Orders

Out of Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. There may be times when a product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. Shipping Policy
Shipping Time — During your checkout process you will be presented with multiple shipping options. Your order will be delivered within the time frame that you select. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
While we strive for perfection with our shipping lead times, there are times when a situation is out of our hands because of, but not limited to, extreme weather conditions or carrier inefficiencies. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping. We also know that, at times, customers change their mind about a color or style and allowing yourself some time to inspect your purchase is in the collective best interest.
Taxes
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Steel Lighting Co. holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Steel Lighting Co. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Steel Lighting Co. shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Steel Lighting Co. will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Steel Lighting Co.’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Steel Lighting Co. through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). If you have subscribed to other Steel Lighting Co. mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
