If you would like to exchange your light for another color/style, you must ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will ship out the replacement.
If you need your light immediately, we ask that you purchase the item you need separately. Return the original item, and we will process your return once we receive it.
Replacements are due to a problem with what we shipped (i.e. product defect or error in shipment). We do not require that the original be shipped prior to the replacement being sent.
For those who want a different size or style on their mount, whether that’d be a gooseneck, straight arm, stem or cord, we offer a $25 discount on replacement parts, but we do not accept returns for those individual parts.
