How to match
your custom color
RAL Color Code
For the most accurate and easiest color match, please provide the RAL color code closest to your desired hue.
Digital Swatch
You can submit a digital swatch by uploading an image of the color you are aiming for. This helps us identify and match the exact color digitally.
Physical Swatch
You can also send us a physical sample. This allows us to directly compare and match the color, ensuring an exact and reliable match.

What are the steps for custom colors?
*Custom color time frame is entirely dependent on the timely participation of both parties.

Contact Us!
Customer contacts us via a contact form or they select a custom color option when purchasing one of our fixtures.
24-48 Hours

Verify Color
We search our database of available powders and send the customer back a digital swatch of the color match we believe would work for customer’s approval.
10-14 Days

Color Matching
Customer sends us a reference for matching (e.g. ral color code, digital swatch, physical sample, or picture).
24-48 Hours
step 4
Powdering Coating Begins
After digital swatch approval, we will send the customer a physical sample with the custom color. Once the physical sample is approved, we will proceed with powder coating the entire order.

What happens if I don’t approve the digital swatch?
Then we will continuing searching for a match and send you more digital samples until we find a match.
What happens if I don’t approve the Physical swatch?
Then we will continuing searching for a match and we will send you another physical swatch of an approved digital sample. However, if the first two physical samples are not approved, any subsequent samples will incur a charge of $50 each.
What happens if I’m not pleased with any of the samples or swatches?
We will refund the custom color fee and either proceed with a standard color of your choosing or we can cancel the order altogether if you so choose.
