Return Policy

Full Refund – If customer has not assembled or installed the lights and we receive the return within 90 days.

Partial Refund – If the item has either been assembled or installed. Amount deducted will be determined based on the condition of the return.

Return Shipping – We do not pay for return shipping cost unless there was an error made by us.  If a customer wants a return shipping label emailed to them, the cost will be deducted from their refund.  This should be an option on the form that they can select.  Otherwise, orders are returned to:

Included in Return – All items and a copy of the original packing slip or the pdf emailed to you that includes your order number and name.

Arm/Stem/Gooseneck Returns
Should you change your mind on the length of your gooseneck, straight arm, cord or stem; we, unfortunately, do not accept returns for only a gooseneck, straight arm, cord or stem. We do, however, offer $25 off any replacement arms or stems that may be needed. You can find those here.

Non-Refundable Items
Custom orders; including custom colors, marine-grade, longer cords, longer or shorter stems, are not returnable or refundable.
